As you can see from reading through the website, Knights of Columbus Council 9923 of St. Catherine’s is actively involved in a wide range of charitable activities and outreach programs.  Sadly there are more requests for assistance than we can sometimes handle.  That is why we are constantly in need of funds and so very grateful for each donation we receive.

Operation Ultrasound is already a rousing success by the grace of your generosity.  We have surpassed our initial goal of $7500 for one ultrasound machine and are looking to be able to triple our contribution of machines to local clinics.

St. Catherine’s Golf Tournament provides education assistance to families that are in need of our help. We are seeking your donation to assist with the implementation of our scholarship program. This event, (St. Catherine’s Golf Tournament) is reaching out to communities throughout our county, and is will be (we hope) the most effective way to encourage others to support our faith based curriculum.

And there will be other causes just as worthy and just as needy in the future.

Being a 501(c) 3 organization, our main source of financing is from public donations. As a non-profit organization, we are very limited with funding to meet our financial goals. In addition to the need for ultrasound machines and for financial aid to attend school, there are kids that are begging for additional teaching devices such as videotaped lessons and other media supplies. The need for assistance is very urgent.

This is an extremely important request. Council 9923 is strengthened by our recent success and driven by our goals for the future.  We cannot say it more plainly... we need your help. Your financial and moral support will help us to fulfill our mission of “making a difference” in our school, our community, with our parish families, and our faith.
