Greetings all, The totals are in and I think we can call week 4 of our Fish Fries a absolute success . With 611 meals served we have once again raised the number of dinners by leaps and bounds . The work that goes into this kind of endeavor is staggering and our crew of volunteers have yet again prov-en themselves up to the task.

Although the absence of one of our own 'Iron Chefs', Mike Reynolds , was truly felt throughout the kitchen we were able to get it done and pushed out the food .

My thanks to all those who set up ,cooked , served and of course the clean up crew who don't get nearly enough credit .

The teens were a big help again and we couldn't do it without them and we thank them for all they do. I get the feeling that for them it is  about service and not just service hours.

I hope to see all of you next 'Fry'-day and don't be surprised if we serve 700 or more.
